I came to AktivHealth in February 2017 with a wrist injury that was sustained while playing football. I also used to feel weak in my joints and muscles as a result of which, a feeling of inertia had crept into me. I learned about the center from my mom who advised me to go there without wasting any more time. There is no doubt that the quality of treatment, right from diagnosis to completion of the plan, is unparalleled. The dedication of the entire team led by Dr. Mueller, coupled with professionalism, has been absolutely above par. The physiotherapist assigned to me was totally devoted and due to his unflinching loyalty to my cause, my condition has improved immensely. The quality of service provided at AktivHealth is so flattering that a patient feels very much cared for as a result of which a ‘good-feel’ factor is induced. Now I feel stronger and more energetic and have also gained strength and speed. I am able to play football with almost the same agility and am a very happy man.

My father, Mr. Gurdeep Singh, was a patient at AktivHealth and he recommended it to me. I first came to the center in December 2014. I had been a regular long-distance runner for two years and was suffering from stress fractures and foot injuries. I wanted to know the root causes. At AktivHealth, I was diagnosed by Dr. Rana Chengappa with displaced navicular, biomechanical imbalances and lack of muscular strength. Earlier, I went to an orthopedic who simply diagnosed me with stress fractures and over-pronation. Instead of looking for a solution, I was encouraged to stop running! At AktivHealth, they have a process that is detailed, well-explained, effectively taught and progressive. My physiotherapist has done a phenomenal job, explaining the process, detailing it and training me on how to do it on my own. Given that I was only in Delhi for 2 weeks, this has been invaluable. Now, I see and feel a tangible difference in my core strength and biomechanics. The progress is motivating and with this training, I expect to keep the momentum in my improvement. I have learnt to understand what is wrong and how I can fix it; being trained to be self-sufficient on fixing the problem is a major thing”.

I heard about AktivHealth from my children, Aseem and Ayesha Dosaj, who highly recommended Dr. Gerd Mueller. Also, my doctor, Dr. Sachin Yadav’s (Podiatrist), suggested that I should visit AktivHealth to seek treatment for the pain in my right heel. I was suffering from plantar fasciitis of the right foot.
