Whether eaten on a toast or combined with pasta, mushrooms are famous for the amazing flavour and appeal that they add to various cuisines and dishes. Along with their sumptuous taste, Mushrooms are a powerhouse of nutrients. Here are some amazing health benefits that this robust superfood can offer:

  • Rich protein source– The oyster and shiitake mushrooms are high biological value proteins as they contain all 8 essential amino acids.
