1.Video lessons (16-18 hrs)- once you enroll, you get a study login and can do these lessons and exams at your pace, wherever you are.

2. Implementation training:  We have these trainings several times in a year. If travelling at one time, you can inform and book your self in the next upcoming live webinar training. Another way is to attend these online live trainings during your travel if feasible.

Q. Hello, I had an injury in my lower back while performing squats exercises in the gym. This happened 1 year ago. When the injury happened the pain was very high and I could not even sit for more than 10 minutes, the pain was even when I used to lie down on my bed. I consulted a doctor and they prescribed me medicines after an MRI (which was normal with very mild levo scoliosis in the lower back). But the pain reduced with time but never went away. It also gets exaggerated in between sometimes.
