I came to AktivHealth with acute pain due to a disc bulging in my cervical spine. This lead to radiating pain and numbness in my left arm. I came to know about AktivHealth from my fitness coach who profusely recommended this center to me. I am one of your patients taking physiotherapy sessions at your institute. I had undergone breast surgery and while attending a physio seminar advice in August 2017, was recommended to Aktiv@Medanta by Dr. Kanchan. I suffered a severe injury in my knee due to a road accident due to which I used to experience pain as well as a lack of flexibility in the knee. I got to know about AktivHealth from my friends who strongly recommended the center to me. Experience:

I was suffering from a meniscal tear in my right knee due to which I used to experience excruciating pain. I was reconciled to surgical treatment since no solution was in sight. It was then that I came to know about the treatment in AktivHealth by some of my colleagues.

I visited the center in the summer months of 2017 and at the outset, I have no hesitation in stating that the feeling was immensely gratifying. I came to AktivHealth almost a year ago with chronic severe back pain which was preventing me from playing my favorite sport, tennis. Before coming to the centre, I had sought treatment at another clinic where I underwent electro-modality as well as doing some stretching exercises. I was suffering from a lot of body nerve problems and pain in my lower back after undergoing a hysterectomy. I approached many governments as well as private institutions but experienced no relief. I came to AktivHealth for consultation in the June of 2017, due to significant discomfort in my neck and right shoulder.
