My physiotherapist, Ms. Garima, has been very motivating and her personal indulgence has been a major contributing factor in my feeling active. Her methodical approach coupled with a thorough understanding of my problem, has been largely instrumental in motivating me to follow the laid down regimen religiously. She constantly guided me with tremendous patience throughout the sessions and even gave me the tools which I would need to keep me going at home. Ms. Liliana was diagnosed with low back pain with hip pathology. After deliberating on her ailment, a physiotherapy plan was formulated wherein, lumbar mobilization and sacro-iliac joint mobilization and stretching of hip muscles was involved. The entire treatment centered around core strengthening and the exercises were to be done in a progressive manner. With constant encouragement and guidance, the patient was able to adhere to the laid down regimen.
